- Higher-quality version (with less glare) appears on pg. 13 of Marks of a Century. "Note the chime bells on the lead team – they served as a warning to others on the road to pull over. Each wagon had brake blocks on the rear wheels operated by the driver with a single foot lever.” Text on photo says "The shakes on these huge buildings were all hand made by Archie McInnes and helpers."
