Description
A wide gathering basket made from birch bark. The basket has a square bottom with tapered sides and a semi-oval top. The four corners have been folded and sewn together with narrow bark. The top has been trimmed with an overhanded style of stiching with a red stripe running through it. There is a pattern of dark leaves on the outisde of the basket. The basket has a crack along the bottom about 8cm long.
