- A) Large, clear brown glass bottle with narrow neck and oval-shaped body. Oval-shaped indentation on both faces with 25 OZ. embossed on both faces at bottom. Press marks on bottom 'A, 1, 3, D'.
B) Black, metal screw-on cap with '29 CTB ANCHOR CAP LTD TORONTO' in fine white print on side and 'L. J. McGUINESS & CO. LIMITED SINCE 1905' in white lettering around edge of cap top. Center top of cap has picture of wreath enclosing coat of arms with 'M' at top.

- One of the first types of molds used in America was the kind that shaped the bottle up to the shoulder. The bottom was wider than the top and the neck and lip were finished by hand, a procedure that could mean additional blowing.
