The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks (BPOE) is a fraternal organization which was founded in the United States in 1868 and in Canada in 1912. Its Smithers Branch, Lodge 240, was founded in 1930.
Custodial History
These items were kept in the museum's reference files for an unknown period of time before being removed and accessioned in August 2020.
