Black metal lemon squeezer. One section of the squeezer is a metal handle shaped at the end in a cup. This section is hinged to a corresponding cup and handle section that has a side spout and a round raised middle to fit the corresponding cup on the other handle.

History Of Use
Metal lemon squeezer apparently used in the 1920s and 1930s at the roadhouse owned by Neil McInnes of Pioneer Ranch, North Bulkley. A lemon squeezer such as this one can be found in the 1910-1911 Autumn and Winter Hudson's Bay Company Catalogue, p. 180.
