Father Coccola was a missionary priest four the Roman Catholic Church. He spent 62 years in BC and died in 1943. Father Godfrey was assigned to missionary work on the Skeena and he was replaced by the non-german Father Allard during WW1. Godfrey also ran the Roman Catholic Church in Telkwa. All three worked at LeJac Residential School near Fort Fraser.
