To the left of the white print is 'McCORMICK'S' and to the right is 'NET CONTENTS, ONE HALF POUND' both in dark green print. The left side of the box has 'McCORMICK'S LIMITED, LONDON, CANADA' in dark print. The right side of the box has'McCORMICK'S' in dark green and 'PEPPERMINT PATTIES' in white print.

1991.195.1 b: The sides of the lid have a bluish-green marble like design all around..The top has a picture of a smiling woman wearing a large green hat w/flowered trim. Her dress is pinky/brown and she has a string of pearls at her neck and is holding a spray of flowers, all against a greyish background. The box is wrapped w/ a yellow taffeta ribbon w/ a bow on top at the lower center. The ribbon is taped at both sides where it has been cut. The picture is glued to the box.
