a: World War II era beige / brown Royal Canadian Air Force summer tunic. Single breasted with a row of gold R.C.A.F buttons down the centre. Two breast pockets, two pockets at waist, one small pocket on right side between breast and waist. Medal bar with four ribbons (left to right): Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, War Medal 1939-1945, Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Medal, Canadian Forces Decoration. Small flower pin sewn into Canadian Forces Decoration. Tag inside reads: "Scott / UNIFORMS / 210 St. Jean Street / Longueuil , P.Q." Two shoulder badges of dark blue wool with "Canada" embroidered in white. The inside of the jacket has a satin lining in the same beige colour. Canadian Coat of Arms patch near the end of each sleeve. b: belt that would go around the waist of the jacket. Gold coloured metal clasp c: beige pants, pleated and cuffs. Tag sewn inside reads: "Tailored Especially For / Mr. W / 0.1 Staples / Date: Apl / 5(?) Order No 35718 / Bond No. 4". It is unclear whether the date is April 53 or April 58 based on a loose stitch through the type.

12,500 Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Medals went to Canadians. War Medal awarded to all full-time personnel of the Armed Forces and Merchant Marines for serving for 28 days between 03 September 1939 and 02 September 1945.
