Dinner Chime from the RMS Empress of Japan. 4 dinner chimes with striker. The Chimes have obvious wear from the striker and are held down by bolts with space to move when played. The bottom of the box has two clasps, possibly for mounting the gong. Wood of the box is stained a dark brown.
