Ernest Hann 1889-1982. See historical Research file: Hann,Ernest/Addie for more information. This Gavel was given to Ernie when he retired from the position of President for the BV Fall Fair Organization. Mr. Hann was very active in the community and this is just one of the items he received for his donated time. Other clubs he belonged to were: Lapidary club, Curling club, Band club, Masonic Lodge, and he was on the School Board and Hospital Board. He was also the founder of the BV Museum.
