This file contains 4 certificates, 1 pamphlet, and a number of informative documents related to Smithers Secondary School's cooperative education program.
The cooperative education/work experience program was a program offered by the Smithers Secondary School in which students combined their educational studies with a work placement in the community. Businesses and instutitions such as the Bulkley Valley Museum offered to be 'work stations' at which the students spent a minimum of 200 hours. The same or a similar program is still offered at the school, but the documents in this file pertain to the 1990s and early 2000s.
