Description
Object is a orange paper cardboard folder with Rexall on the cover and three different sets of sewing needles plus a small metal threader to make it easier to thread needles. Two sets of needles are mounted on green foil, the larger set is on red foil. Threader is on pink foil. One set on the green foil has 2 needles missing. A loose piece of 8cmx10cm thin black paper keeps the needles from rubbing again each other. Inside of the folder is blue. On the outside of the folder is Rexall is written in blue inside blue oval. Below it on one side is MAKE A POINT OF SAVING AT OUR REXALL DRUG STORE. On the other side is ASSUREZ-VOUS D'ECONOMISER A NOTRE PHARMACIE REXALL. In smaller letters Japan is printed on the lower right hand corner and T-145 on the opposite lower corner.

History Of Use
Pinex Company manufactured a cough remedy called “Pinex” which, by 1910, could be purchased in nearly any drugstore in the United States. Directions for use typically instructed the buyer to mix the syrup concentrate with sugar and water to produce the cough syrup. (National Museum of American History accessed 2018-07-26)
