History / Biographical
According to a note inside the envelope in which these pictures were found, the house was built in 1914 and may have served as an Anglican Manse owned by Ev Person. It was owned at some point by Tom Strong. The house was still standing as of 2012 (Google Street View, accessed Sept. 3rd 2020).
Custodial History
Item was found in an envelope in the museum's reference files along with P7705 and P7706. They were removed and accessioned in August 2020.
