History / Biographical
Chicken Lake is now known as Lake Kathlyn. Dave and Duncan Jennings came to the area in 1910. They moved to Lake Kathlyn in the winter of 1910-11 and they co-owned the Jennings store there from 1912-1914. They moved on to ice cutting and Duncan joined the army in 1917. Dave married E Underhill and Duncan married Gertrude Barwise.
