- Group photo of the Aldermere Board of Trade gathered in front of an unidentified general store. Joseph L. Coyle (inventor of the egg carton & founder of the Interior News) and young daughter Ellen Coyle are standing/sitting at the far left in the front row. Jack McNeil, of the Broughton & McNeil store, is in the back row to the immediate right of the doorway, wearing a light-coloured hat. Others members of the Board of Trade included: Mr Hartridge, chief engineer of the GTP Railway survey; railway surveyor Mr. White, Charles Sullivan, Frank Whitlow, J.E. Bell, George Ayliffe, John Quinlivan, Duncan McMillan, and Dr. F. Loring (Aldermere's first resident Doctor). The fifth man seated from the right in the front row may have run a laundry and cafe.
