- Scope and Content
- Photograph of four Indigenous children standing beside a totem pole. The pole was originally identified (see back of photo) as being in Witset (Moricetown). However, it actually appears to be from either Gitanmaax or Kispiox. It may be Gitemkaldo's "Nose Like Coho" pole (built 1888), a Gitksan pole from Gitanmaax which which currently stands outside the Hazelton District Public Library and Pioneer Museum. Furthermore, this may also be the pole depicted in Emily Carr's "Totem Pole at Hazelton," 1912.

- Notes
- Written on back of photograph:
"Indian Totem Pole and Indian children in British Columbia (Morristown) [sic]"
See the University of Washington Library, George Thornton Emmons Collection no. 131, NA3417 and NA3421 for comparison - seems to be exact same pole.
