Notes
Negative copy also available.
Kate has been variously identified as either one of the Carr siblings or the wife of Jack. Jack's obituary (Jan. 24th 1957) identifies his wife as Catherine Agnes, elsewhere called Kate/Katie. However, the same obituary states that Jack had three sisters, one of whom arrived in the Bulkley Valley in 1912; several mentions of a "Miss Kate Carr" also appear in the Interior News, and a note on the back of P2338 (deaccessioned) stated that Tom Carr had a "sister Kate who died." It is unknown which Kate is in this photo.
