This photograph shows the original highway as well as the new highway under construction. The road branching off at the right of the photograph is the road to Aldermere. Near the centre of the photograph is the old school, which is now located on the highway and is the home of the Telkwa Museum. The fork at the top is the road to the Telkwa High Road.
