- Financial assistance was provided by the Boosters and other community organizations to send the hockey team to the provincial playoffs in Vanderhoof, at which they placed fifth.

- Photo was taken by Bill Dungate in March or April 1985 and donated to the Museum at some point prior to 2020, possibly by Dino Laramie, along with a large number of other Dungate prints and slides. It was accessioned in September/October 2022.
