Photo of children in a parade of decorated bikes and wagons. Probably the bike parade which was held annually at the Elks' Flag Day, proceding from the Courthouse to the Fall Fair grounds. It might also have been taken at the Fall Fair's bike/wagon parade, or a similar event held during Hazelton's Coronation Celebration on June 2nd 1953.
