- Trigonia fossil has nine dark, grey almost black shiny triangular shellfish impressions in a dark, grey, jagged sedimentary rock. On the opposite side of this fossil are raised impressions of clams, some are a greyish-white, dull color and others are almost black and shiny. Approximately fourteen on this side. A '12' in black numbering on a round, white circle exists on the trigonia side of fossil.
