- History Of Use
- Ernest Hann 1898 - 1982. Mr. Hann arrived in Smithers in 1913. He was a carpenter by trade and instrumental in building this community. For more info, see Historical Research file, Hann,Ernest/Addie. This is a type of moulding plane which creates grooves. This type of moulding design is the kind that is used against the ceiling. The small hole was for hanging it up on his shop wall.
