Description
A white round ceramic plate. On this plate is twelve crests of the provinces and territories. The crests encircle the border. In the center of the plate is a multi-colored stylized maple leaf. Below the leaf is '1867, 1967, Canada - Confederation, in blue print. The back of the plate has a brown maple leaf w/a ribbon in the middle of it. Inside the ribbon is 'DECORATED IN CANADA'. Below the maple leaf is 'U.S.A. ORIG.' in brown print.
History Of Use
This plate is a Documentary Artifact of the memory of the Canadian Confederation, '1867 to 1967'.
