- 1930 steamship ticket or business card for Cunard Anchor and Anchor-Donaldson Lines. Slogan reads "The Shortest Bridge to Europe" and a cruiseship called "Aquitania" is pictured.
- Narrative
- Belonged to William Winsor "Bill" Noonan. Born in St. John's Newfoundland in 1884, he became a telegraph messenger and agent at 19 and moved to BC in 1909. He married Annie Lever in 1913 and settled in Telkwa in 1922 as the first ticket agent for CN. He suffered a heart attack at work and died Oct. 4, 1956. At time of death he was one of the oldest members of the Order of Railway Telegraphers.
