- Glass condiment bottle. Bottom poortion is rectangular with flat sides that taper sharply to a narrow neck. The label on the front is blue, white, yellow and red and reads: "HEINZ / 57 SAUCE / FOR STEAKS / CHOPS-GRAVIES / FISH-CHEESE". Label around the neck reads: "SHAKE BEFORE USING". The label on the back includes a description and instructions for use. White metal screw-on cap is corroded and dirty. Bottle is filled with a dark brown substance; appears to be the original contents.
