Part D: Dominions Elections Act, Re: Care and use of the special metal seals provided for locking and sealing ballot boxes. English and French instructions with added three step images and descriptions guide. Form 98-1-48-50M.
Part E: Special Metal Seal for the Ballot Box. Has labelled indicated "Seal". Looks like it has been cut because it does not match the image in Part D exactly.
Part F: Thumb tacks box. instructions state "Thumb Tacks for use of deputy returning officer on polling day in posting to electors, Etc., Inside and outside of polling station." Same instructions on bottom of box in French. 27 thumb tacks and one nail.
