Manufacturer Notes
On the bottom is an "O" within a rhombus, which may indicate the manufacturer was the Owens-Illinois Glass Company. The company used that particular stamp between 1929-1960 according to the Society for Historical Archaeology's "Glassmaking and Glassmakers" webpage references.

D.D.D. may refer to D.D.D. Laboratories and/or D.D.D Prescription, which appears from web searches to have been a skin ointment made by D.D.D. Laboratories. D.D.D. Laboratories appears to have had offices in Toronto, Chicago, and the UK.
