On the other two sides is "PEEK, FREAN & CO., LIMITED AFTERNOON TEA ASSORTED FAMOUS ENGLISH BISCUITS" in gold, white, and red lettering.
b) The metal push-on lid for the tin. On the front of the tin on a red background is "TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN BISCUIT MANUFACTURERS. PEEK, FREAN & CO., LTD. PEEK FREAN'S FAMOUS ENGLISH BISCUIT". There is a blue and white sticker obscuring part of the label which says "large cake Nove 5/96 Nov 11/99".
