- Description
- Object is a long wooden piece of wood with two wooden pulleys set inside wide groove. There is one pulley at each end of the centre section. There is a gap on one side of the wood with tapered open ends in the center of that side, enabling the pulley to be attacted to the top and bottom of the clothes line. The pulleys are set in with small metal rivets. This would be used if a heavy load of washing was being hung out and would lessen the weight on the clothes line.
