- History Of Use
- The hope chest was made sometime around 1917, when Josephine Roccia was married to Frederick Sait. The couple lived in New Hazelton. Josephine made dish cloths and tea towels out of flour sacks and kept them in the chest. See bio attached to accession sheet for further info.
