White cotton bloomers (or "drawers") with decorative cutout lacey flower and vine pattern at bottom. Cutout design is edged in blue. "TB" stitched in one corner of leg above the design, with a circle around it. Two holes at centre inside waist edge, presumably for a drawstring.
