- A round wooden cheese box stamped 'WATSON'S STORE, SMITHERS BC'. Both the box and the lid are made of a thin wood formed around bases. The box has a wooden strap around the bottom exterior. The box may be of ash or maple with a spruce base.

- History Of Use
- This cheese box was purchased and used by the donor's mother, probably in the early 40's from Watson Store in Smithers. Mr Schibli says many people would pad and cover their cheese box for use as a hassock or foot stool.
