Description
Flatter is a thick, round metal punch with a rectangular, flat end measuring 5cm by 4cm slightly tapering to a rounded flat bit. The rectangular end is extremely mushroomed from use and metal has split on the corners. Flatter may have been modified due to the irregular shape.
