- All metal diamond drill bit has a hollow cylindrical bottom shaft with screw threads on the outside. The top consists of three prongs, each with a different circular rotating bit. The bits are all facing inward and have two sets of teeth, one on the outside which is the same for all of them, and one on the inside which is different from the rest. The inside set on one bit has eleven teeth, one has seven teeth and one has four teeth.
