Description
A stamp with a black plastic handle connected to a metal piece; inside are bands of rubber stretched over a rounded cross piece and a series of rotating wheels. There are four bands of rubber. On one band is '1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, Rec'd, Ans'd, Ent'd, Paid' A.M., P.M.' inscribed backwards. On anther band is the abreviations for all twelve months inscribe backwards. The other two bands (inscribed backwards) have '1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 - +'. 'Front' is inscribed on the handle. 'Pullman' is inscribed on the metal part.
